For hygiene and safety reasons, Thirty Truth does not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All sales are final unless an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Heat & Texture Disclaimer

During warmer weather, body butters may soften or melt while in transit. This can occasionally cause a grainy texture; however, the product remains completely safe and effective to use. Natural formulations can be sensitive to temperature changes, and texture variations caused by heat do not affect product quality. For this reason, changes in texture due to warm weather are not considered a fault and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
